A diabolical, down-scrolling platformer. A twisted little princess has imprisoned you in a massive tower, leaving her scribbles on the wall for you to find as you parkour your way to freedom.
Freedom Fall started out as a prototype I worked on in my spare time, using Construct to build levels. I brought the prototype to Stirfire Studios and they loved the concept - long story short, I joined the team as creative director.
I provided art, animation, design and writing, while Stirfire handled production, coding and marketing. Freedom Fall was my first game as creative director and is very dear to my heart.
Unlock the secrets of a mysterious tower and control the weather to bring a desolate landscape back to life.
Symphony had its beginnings at the Global Game Jam in 2016. We challenged ourselves to build a VR project in 48 hours. Working with the theme 'ritual' we designed Symphony as a puzzle game where you must learn to control an ancient machine to summon rain, sun, wind and storms.
Throughout the year we rebuilt the game from scratch, bringing in laser redirection puzzles, seedlings that grow into blooming plants and a helpful robot friend to aid the player.
I'm a video game and multimedia artist, based in Perth, Australia. Over the years, I've been fortunate to work on a wide variety of games, including mobile, desktop, console and VR titles. I love the challenges that new genres, technologies and art styles bring to each project.
